there should be options to notify the creator in case of changes.
example: ticket is assigned to dispatcher. dispatcher investigates the problem and finds a bug, which must be fixed by the external supplier of the software. he notes this in the ticket. now it would be useful if the creator could be notified somehow.
ideas:
- checkbox to notify the creator before the action buttons
- option for the creator to be informed per email about all updates for his workflow document
- implement new action/status "delayed" or "pending supplier". In case of this action the creator would be notified automatically
